Exercise Tips Guaranteed to Get a Beautiful


How would you like to get a nice looking 6-pack? I remember having the dream of being the guy with a great body that I could be proud of. After a little work I finally found a few things that I could use that helped me melt the fat and get the body I always dreamed of. I'd like to share with you a few of these tips so you can walk around and show off your new body.
Exercise Tip #1-
It takes a deficit of 4,500 calories to burn at least one pound of fat. I am not sharing with you this number to make you depressed. I just want to show you what it takes to lose weight. Just by playing basketball or running on a treadmill you can lose 350 calories. By slowly chipping away you can lose up to 10 pounds in a month.
Exercise Tip #2-
Don't forget to eat a healthy breakfast each morning. A healthy breakfast full of nutrients is important for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that it will kick start your metabolism from the night of rest. Your body will shut down at night and not burn calories. It also keeps you on the right track to eating healthy the rest of the day.
Exercise Tip #3-
The last tip is to not skip any of the meals you have planned out for the day. A lot of people try and cut calories by cutting out their meals. This is dangerous because this will slow down your metabolism. You can cut calories by taking away 50 calories or so from each meal you eat. If you eat the recommend five or six small meals per day you'll have a deficit of 250-300 calories.
